What is the “core”? What do we even mean by that?

Our definition of the core includes all the bones, muscles, and connective tissues that extend from the ribs and lower thoracic spine down to the hips, including both the front and back. While there are likely many other definitions of what constitutes the “core,” this is our specific interpretation.

How is “core” different from abs?

Traditionally, the term "abs" refers primarily to the six-pack muscles, namely the Rectus Abdominis. However, when we talk about the core, we are referring to not only the Rectus Abdominis but also all the other muscle groups in the abdomen, lower back, as well as the glutes and hip flexors.

Why is Core Strength so important?

Our core is the foundation upon which all our muscles and movements depend for proper and efficient function. ABSolute Core will provide numerous benefits that enhance every aspect of our lives. We'll look and feel better, move and perform more effectively, and reduce the risk of injury.
