I love Mondays! I know I’m a whacko. 

Every Monday is a fresh start and a clean slate. Who doesn’t love one of those?? 

But you’ve gotta put it to good use. 

Pro-tip - get really clear on the ONE THING you need to accomplish this week. Then impose an artificial deadline of noon on Wednesday to get it done. 

Imagine the relief and satisfaction you’re going to feel when you shut things down early on Wednesday, having crushed your top priority for the week. 

Yeah, it’s gonna feel amazing. Now get to work and use your clean slate wisely. 

Oh, and make sure one of your top priorities is your training - what, when, and how. 

Do the work. Stay stronger than your excuses.
